- Platform Use and Services
- 2.1. The Platform provides an online marketplace that connects vendors and buyers for potential mergers and acquisitions. Our services may include, but are not limited to, facilitating deal matchmaking, providing information on listings, and offering tools to support the M&A process.
- 2.2. You understand and acknowledge that any decisions or actions taken based on the information provided on the Platform are your sole responsibility.
- User Accounts and Responsibilities
- 3.1. To access certain features of the Platform, you may need to create a user account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information up to date.
- 3.2. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
- 3.3. You agree to use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms. You shall not engage in any activity that could harm the Platform or its users, interfere with its operation, or violate the rights of others.
- Intellectual Property
- 4.1. The Platform and its content, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, text, graphics, images, and software, are the intellectual property of BlueKnight or its licensors. You agree not to use, copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.
- 4.2. By submitting any content to the Platform, such as listings, messages, or reviews, you grant BlueKnight a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable right to use, display, modify, distribute, and sublicense that content for the purposes of operating and promoting the Platform.
- Privacy
- 5.1. Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our Platform. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
- Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

- Modification and Termination

- 9.3. Our failure to enforce any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
