AI-generated results may contain errors and are intended to support professional review.

BlueKnight does not use automated processing to make decisions about individuals that produce legal or similarly significant effects without appropriate human involvement, unless this is lawfully agreed and the required safeguards are provided.

Raw customer confidential information is not used to train or fine-tune general-purpose AI models unless the customer expressly agrees in writing.

  • Customer Information: for the subscription period and any agreed deletion or export period; and
  • Public professional information: while it remains relevant to the research service, subject to periodic review and applicable rights.

Information may be retained for longer where needed for a legal claim, investigation, regulatory obligation or security incident.
